Welcome to Body Mend Therapy. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and/or booking our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Booking and Deposits

All appointments require a £15 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total service fee.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Body Mend Therapy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate all clients efficiently and maintain the quality of our services, we have established the following policy:

Payments made via the Body Mend Therapy website are non refundable but you can reschedule free of charge if within the notice period. If option "Pay in person" is chosen and you are a no show we will charge the full amount. 

 

Call or message us on what’s app  07473 478017. Let us know your name, appointment date, and preferred new time.

 

Notice period: 24 hours notice

You may reschedule your appointment if 24 hours notice is given. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients in need. Your payment will be transferred to your new booking. 

 

Rescheduling appointment outside of the notice period (less than 24 hours)

Rescheduling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in you becoming a "no show" and the full amount will still be taken. 

 

No notice given

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result full payment being taken. You will be unable to re-book. 

 

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we may re-book outside of the notice period at our discretion.

6. Payment and Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment for services can be made via cash or other payment methods specified on our website.

• Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

7. Health and Safety

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical history prior to receiving treatment.

• If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult your doctor before booking a session.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that a treatment may be unsafe for you.

• While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective treatment, Body Mend Therapy is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or complications arising from our services unless due to negligence.

• Clients accept full responsibility for their participation in treatments and fitness sessions.
